Inrecent times, significant progress has been made in discovering teaching methodologies in the field of education and training, especially concerning outward signs in prophetic methodology. As Western scholars have recently taken the lead in this area, they have introduced innovative methods and strategies for teaching. Therefore, I intended to explore these methods through the lens of Prophetic Hadiths to show that they are already rich with such methodologies. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) provided important guidelines for teaching methods. The aim of this research is to collect Hadiths related to teaching methodologies from authentic Hadith books. This research was conducted using a library-based method, with descriptive and analytical approaches used for examining the material. The study focuses on the outward sign-based methods of the Prophet in teaching. The findings reveal that the teaching methods used today in academic fields are not entirely new inventions; rather, they were already present in the Prophetic Hadiths. The Prophet (peace be upon him) utilized methods involving outward signs, illustrations, graphics, and shapes in his teachings. His teaching styles align with modern educational methodologies and are even considered foundational inspirations for them. The Hadiths demonstrate that teaching methods should be practical, clear, and suited to the learners’ capacity. Therefore, Prophetic Hadiths serve as a rich source of innovation and methodology in education.
